Operations - Recruitment Specialist

Title: Patient Recruitment Specialist

Position: Full-Time, 40 hours

Based at: TCR - Greenville

Position Summary: Recruitment Specialist will be primarily responsible for identifying potential patients and speaking with them to determine eligibility and interest in TCR trials under the direction of the TCR Recruitment Manager.

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred but not required

Primary Accountabilities:

• Call potential candidates to assess study qualifications.
• Schedule eligible candidates for screening appointments.
• Data mine databases for potential study candidates.
• Respond to ad campaign referrals.

General Accountabilities:

• Update patient information in Clinical Conductor, CRIO and eCW
• Organize recruitment call/follow-up list.
• Track patient referrals and telephone encounters in eCW.
• Respond to company website inquiries.
