Job Description Licensed Physical Therapist (Full‑time) – Outpatient Location: Charlotte, NC (9216 Ardrey Kell Rd). We create the opportunity – YOU make the impact. At Ivy Rehab, our Physical Therapists have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non‑treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities. With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high‑quality patient care. Compensation Base salary $80,000 to $95,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.). If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually). Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10k).
