Position Summary:

• Shift: M-F 8am-5pm Summer 2027
• Location: Madison WI
• 100% Onsite

Catalents Madison Wisconsin site is a stateoftheart biologics development and manufacturing facility supporting customers from research through early and midstage clinical production. Located at 726 Heartland Trail in Madison the approximately 102700squarefoot GMP facility specializes in mammalian cell line engineering drug substance biomanufacturing and biopharmaceutical development utilizing flexible singleuse systems to enable rapid scaleup and customization. The site is home to Catalents proprietary GPEx and GPEx Lightning technologies which are used to generate highyielding mammalian cell lines for biologic therapies and supports production scales ranging from 50 to 4000 liters for clinical manufacturing. Following a $45 million expansion announced in 2025 the Madison site has significantly increased capacity added new equipment and created approximately 200 highly skilled biohealth jobs further strengthening its role within Catalents global biologics network and Wisconsins growing life sciences ecosystem.

We have an opportunity for a 2027 Intern - Supply Chain to join our this role you will assist with analytics and purchasing systems while learning and contributing to data gathering and lean engineering to improve supply chain functions. You will help collect organize and analyze data maintain accurate records and support process improvement and automation initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in a collaborative environment focused on efficiency quality and continuous improvement.

The Role

• Support supply chain analytics purchasing systems and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
• Collect organize analyze and maintain accurate data and records in compliance with company procedures.
• Contribute to process improvement lean engineering efficiency and automation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams participate in meetings and provide project updates and presentations.
• Ensure adherence to safety quality compliance and 5S standards while supporting daily operations.

The Candidate

Minimum Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Operations Management or a related field of study.
• Eligible to legally work in the United States.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for a 12-week period over the summer.
