Location: 4220 Beechwood Drive, Greensboro, North Carolina 27410 Sales Representative Overview As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce them to personalized lawn‑care solutions. Using TruGreen’s proven Sales Playbook, you’ll provide tailored services at their doorsteps, turning casual interactions into lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities Engage with homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn‑care solutions that build trust and satisfaction. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude. Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn‑care needs of each household, recognizing that no two yards are the same. Convert inquiries into sales using proven methodology and processes. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and success. Cross‑sell and upsell with precision, showing customers how to level up their lawns. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; advanced degrees or certifications in people‑skills are encouraged. Previous sales or customer‑service experience is a plus, though passion and hustle are valued. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable and road‑ready. Strong communication skills, from small talk to closing conversations. Excellent time‑management and self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors. Physically located in the United States while performing this job.
