Front-End Manager | Piggly WigglyThe Role: The Pulse of the StoreAs a Front-End Manager, you are the critical link between our strategy and our success. Working closely with store leadership, you will oversee the busiest area of the store, ensuring our front-end operations are smooth, efficient, and guest-focused. Whether you are hitting daily goals or stepping up in the absence of upper management, your leadership ensures that our business-and our team-continues to grow.Key Responsibilities:Operational Oversight: Secure the effective daily operation of the front end, ensuring all established controls and company policies are met.Team Leadership: Supervise, monitor, and assist direct reports daily.
