Assurance Senior Associate - Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Who: A motivated audit professional with 2–4 years of public accounting experience and strong client‑service skills. What: This role conducts audits, prepares GAAP‑compliant financial statements, tests internal controls, mentors junior staff, and supports consulting projects. When: Immediate hire. Where: Atlanta area, hybrid model up to two remote days per week. Key Responsibilities Perform audits, reviews, benefit plan audits, and compilations. Prepare accurate GAAP‑compliant financial statements and disclosures. Document and test internal controls for various types of engagements. Support senior team members on consulting and advisory projects. Supervise, train, and mentor Associates and interns. Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and client expectations. Identify and resolve client issues proactively. Strengthen technical skills through training, continuing professional education, and on‑the‑job learning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA license preferred. 2–4 years of public accounting audit experience. Industry experience in transportation, manufacturing, or construction is beneficial. Strong understanding of audit principles and proficiency in Excel. Experience with CCH ProSystem fx Engagement and IDEA is a plus. Strong communication skills, client‑service mindset, and ability to manage engagements.
