Job Description

• Lead and implement company-wide and project-specific safety programmes.
• Conduct routine site inspections and safety audits.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and maintain detailed records.
• Deliver safety orientation and ongoing training programmes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Partner with field leadership and subcontractors to improve jobsite safety performance.
• Participate in project planning and risk mitigation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• Safety leadership experience within commercial construction.
• Strong field presence and ability to influence safety culture.
• Experience working directly with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• OSHA regulatory expertise.
• Construction safety programme management.
• Incident investigation and reporting.
• Safety audits and compliance inspections.
• Risk analysis and hazard mitigation.
• Preferred degree in Safety, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Relevant safety certifications preferred.
