Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a nonprofit health care organization whose mission is to provide exceptional health care to people facing access barriers through clinical programs and education. We provide integrated health care services including medical, dental, and behavioral health through our 20 outpatient health centers. We deliver care with our strong "Hospitality" culture. Our service area covers 14 counties, from the front range to the Kansas border. with locations throughout Colorado Springs, Fountain, Divide, Limon, and Strasburg. Peak Vista is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc, (AAAHC).

Compensation (Pay): $223,446.08 to $274,810.49/ yearly, based on experience. Plus, a $20,000 Sign on Bonus.
*Other compensation may include signing bonuses, rural differentials, and relocation reimbursement.

Overview:  The ideal candidate is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the community and committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. This role requires a collaborative approach to healthcare, working closely with an integrated care team that includes behavioral health and dental services.

Job Summary:  The Physician provides comprehensive primary care, OB/GYN, telehealth, and hospital services while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The role includes maintaining clinical productivity, completing documentation, participating in call coverage, and meeting organizational performance standards. The Physician collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, supervises clinical staff, and supports quality improvement initiatives. The position also requires compliance with organizational policies, continuing education, credentialing, and participation in community outreach and professional activities. The Physician serves as a clinical leader while supporting PVCHC's mission and operational goals.

Required:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active, unrestricted Colorado medical license
• Active, DEA registration
• Board Certified or Eligible through ABFM or AOBFP.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP Certified
• Comfortable providing care to patients across all age groups
• Ability to manage an average patient volume of approximately 22 patients per day

Federal and State funds are available for loan repayment for eligible candidates. Additionally, because Peak Vista is a FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center), the provider’s malpractice insurance is covered through FTCA (Federal Tort Claims Act) government funds.
