This is a full-time temporary-to-hire job and a great opportunity to play a critical part in making sure their clients receive their much needed parts on time without delay.

Kiln Loader Job Duties:

• Carefully load ceramic parts onto kiln trays and fixtures, making sure everything is placed correctly before firing.
• Check parts and materials for chips, cracks, or other damage before loading them into the kiln.
• Move and stage materials to keep production running smoothly throughout the day.
• Follow loading instructions and handle parts with care to help prevent damage during the firing process.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe while following company procedures.

Kiln Loader Requirements:

• Some experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or a hands-on work environment is preferred.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Comfortable handling fragile parts with care and paying close attention to detail.
• Able to follow written instructions and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work well with a team.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm (OT is required)

Pay: $20 per hour
