Maintenance Technician / Handyman
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Bring your skills to a team that values hard work, craftsmanship, and community. We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping properties well-maintained, safe, and welcoming for tenants and visitors.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to maintenance service requests for two buildings in a timely manner, typically within 24–48 hours
• Prepare buildings for tenant tours by ensuring common areas are clean, presentable, and ready for visitors
• Maintain lobby areas in both buildings, including sweeping, removing trash, and mopping as needed
• Perform daily property inspections to ensure the buildings are clean, functional, and well-maintained
• Complete preventative maintenance to help keep building systems operating efficiently
• Handle emergency repairs as needed
• Coordinate with vendors or complete repairs directly when appropriate
• Learn and assist with security/access control software, including access card management
• Be available for weekend emergency repairs when necessary

What You’ll Need:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Basic HVAC knowledge
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Dependability, attention to detail, and pride in quality work
