Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students and educational teams as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in a thriving Texas district. This full-time, itinerant role offers the chance to collaborate closely with school psychologists and education professionals to elevate services for students in need of behavioral and evaluative support.

You’ll play a key role in the Full Individual and Initial Evaluation (FIIE) process—providing consultative expertise, direct observation, and conducting a range of specialized assessments such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS. Your insights will help identify skill deficits and inform individualized interventions, making a tangible difference in students’ educational journeys.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current, active BCBA license issued by the state of Texas
• Strongly prefer previous experience in a school-based setting
• Familiarity with clinical or school-based behavioral assessment tools and data-driven consultation
• Ability to work on-site across multiple school locations within the district (no virtual/remote work)
• Willingness to collaborate flexibly as an itinerant BCBA
• Must complete TEA fingerprinting for school clearance if not already on file

Responsibilities and Key Duties:

• Support school psychology teams with behavioral consultation and assessment
• Conduct FIIE-related observations, functional behavior assessments, and comprehensive data collection
• Administer specialized assessment tools (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS)
• Offer actionable recommendations for classroom staff and families
• Travel within assigned district regions as needed

This full-year contract runs August through May, providing the stability of up to 37.5 hours per week within a supportive educational setting.
