We are seeking a UPS Store Manager to run a UPS Store in Down Town Manhattan! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of retail sales workers
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Track and fill up inventory as required.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Fill in the gaps in the sales associates working schedule and in case of absence.
- To be a notary public.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 Years experience in The UPS Store retail.
- Through knowledge and proven hands-on experience on MPOS, CMS, UPM, Center Management, Team Portal, FRS Franchise Reporting System, Hazmat, Domestic and International Shipping, all sorts of Packing, Mailbox Management, and all other UPS Store activities.
- Thorough knowledge of Printing.
- Notary Public Certified (preferred).
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities and ownership. Strong salesmanship.
- Strong customer services with a positive attitude.
- Willingness and proven capability to take the ownership and / or to motivate others to get the job done.
