Assistant Business Office Manager

SHEPHERD OF THE HILLS LIVING CENTER, located in Branson, Missouri is currently seeking an assistant Business Office Manager to join our team. Assistant Bussiness Office Manager Duties and Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and determine purpose of call and transfer call Take and deliver messages Schedule interviews Perform all onboarding for new employees Maintain employee files Manage and correct staff time card errors Process payroll Process all accounts payable invoices Generate reports and other documents Provide general support for the Business Office Manager Assistant Business Office Manager Qualifications and Skills: Computer and software skills Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them Must have good verbal and written communication skills Must have great organizational skills Must have great customer service and interpersonal skills HR, Accounts Payable, and/or general Business Office experience perferred Assistant Business Office Manager Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Long-Term and Short-Term Disability Vacation and Paid Sick Time 401K Tuition Reimbursement #J-18808-Ljbffr Shepherd-of-the-Hills-Living-Center
