Territory Business Manager, Dermatology - Dallas West

Responsibilities: Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks. Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals. Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals in an assigned geography to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and ensure all legal/compliance regulations. Use knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities. Utilize effective direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand. Sell in a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and a strategic mindset to gain access to customers. Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs. Use patient-focused clinical dialogue to engage all members of a healthcare office and deliver outstanding customer service via total account management. Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations. Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner at all times. Required Education, Experience & Skills: Minimum two years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role; preference for dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales. Bachelor’s degree required. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning. High sense of urgency with customer service orientation. Ability to travel as required by the territory. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based culture.
