PharmD from an ACPE-accredited institution required. Completion of a PGY1 residency preferred. Licensed as a Pharmacist by the State of California Board of Pharmacy required. Mandatory Experience: Pharmacy Operations Manager Shift: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shift. 5 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy environment or completion of a PGY1 residency required. Previous experience in managing, developing, coordinating and implementing pharmacy delivery and documentation systems preferred. Experience and/or training in use of pharmacy information systems such as Meditech or Epic preferred. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
