Radiology - CT Tech

CT Tech - 5x8 Days

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift, Monday to Friday from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM.

The CT Tech will perform CT scans and procedures while ensuring high-quality images and patient safety. The ideal candidate will have experience with GE equipment, including recent experience with stroke protocols. This position requires floating between the Emergency Room and the Main CT department.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality and precise images.
• Administer contrast media as necessary and ensure patient safety at all times.
• Float between the ER and Main CT as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and procedures.
• Document all procedures in the EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide excellent patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in CT scanning.
• Current certifications: BLS, ARRT-CT, ARRT-R.
• Experience with GE equipment within the last year.
• Experience with stroke protocols is required.
• First-time travelers are accepted with at least 2 years of experience.
