• License/Certifications: MA Medical License, ACLS, DEA in MA
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Emergency Medicine; Board Certified in Emergency Medicine required
• Pay Rate: $245.90/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide emergency care to all ages in a critical access hospital setting
• Manage an ED volume of approximately 20-24 patients per day
• Prioritize and treat patients efficiently in a rural/community environment
• Document patient encounters using Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with onsite staff and utilize limited specialty support effectively
• Cover shifts primarily during night hours, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards

What You Need

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Emergency Medicine
• Active MA Medical License and DEA registration for MA
• ACLS certification
• At least 1 year of emergency medicine experience
• Ability to work independently in a rural setting
