Recruiter (On-Site)

Recruiter PositionAVI Foodsystems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Warren, OH. This on-site role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across various departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offersPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategiesEstablish positive working relationships with hiring managers to ensure an effective and efficient partnershipSource candidates using online platforms, job boards, referrals, and networking eventsConduct initial phone screens and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring teamsMaintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment recordsAttend job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other networking opportunities as neededEnsure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedbackStay up to date on recruiting trends, industry news, and competitive hiring practicesTake a proactive and passionate approach to all duties assignedTeam members may be required to perform other job duties or meet other requirements as neededRequirements:1–3 years of recruiting experience, high volume preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneouslyProficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting toolsKnowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitingFamiliarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.Ability to maintain a positive, professional, and solutions-focused attitude in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to report to the office dailyAvailability to travel as deemed necessary based on business needsWhat We Offer:A family culture and atmosphereCompetitive compensationHealth, dental, vision, life insurance, short term and long term disability insurance401(k) with generous company matchPaid vacations and holidaysImmense training and growth opportunitiesWe conduct pre-employment drug testing.
