Staff Up is seeking an Inventory Specialist to assist a large warehouse in Richardson, TX 75080.
Position Starts September
Pay rate $20.00 per HR
Hours: 8AM -5PM Monday- Friday (Must be flexible for weekends)
Position Summary: Assists with all functions of the Inventory team.
Skills Needed:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math and number-handling skills. Computer proficiency, including data entry and the ability to learn new systems. Experience with inventory systems such as CargoWise is a plus, but not required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate inventory counts and reconciliations
- Maintain and update inventory records in the CargoWise system
- Process and manage inventory-related paperwork and documentation
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and numerical tracking
- Assist with audits and cycle counts as required
- Communicate inventory issues or variances to the supervisor
- Follow established procedures to maintain inventory control and accuracy
