This role keeps the back-office running smoothly — from scheduling and paperwork to supporting store management with day-to-day admin needs. What you'll do: Support store management with scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll-related paperwork Process and file vendor invoices, receipts, and store documentation Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding paperwork for new hires Coordinate communication between store locations and the main office Handle incoming calls, emails, and general customer/vendor inquiries Assist with maintaining store licenses, permits, and compliance documentation Help reconcile daily cash/register reports and support basic bookkeeping tasks Order office and store supplies as needed What we're looking for: Prior administrative, office, or retail admin experience preferred Comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets especially) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Able to handle sensitive/confidential information professionally Bilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese is a plus, not required Comfortable occasionally traveling between store locations if needed Details: Locations: Bellevue, Seattle, Tukwila, or Beaverton (please note your preferred location when applying) Pay: $24–$28 #J-18808-Ljbffr Evolving Solution Services
