Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Starling Physicians is seeking Physician Assistant to support the physicians of our Orthopedic practice. Description: Monday through Friday. Provide orthopedic care in both clinical and surgical settings First and/or Second Assist in the Operating Room. Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, physical exams, diagnostic assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans Provides pre-and post-operative care and patient education to patients. Enters, reviews and updates orders. Perform joint injections, aspirations, and other in-office orthopedic procedures. Educate patients and families about orthopedic conditions, recovery, and treatment options. Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-rays, MRIs, labs) to support accurate diagnoses. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Board Certified Physician Assistant (NCCPA) Active CT PA license CT Controlled Substance Registration and Federal Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Certification
