Respiratory Therapist - Fulltime Position

Most Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, treat, and manage patients with respiratory disorders.
• Administer oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, ventilator management, and other respiratory interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.

Role Qualifications:

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) in Montana or ability to obtain.
• BLS and ACLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
