Overview:

This role combines customer service, logistics, medical equipment delivery, and patient education into one rewarding career. You will serve as the face of the company by delivering life enhancing medical equipment, ensuring patients understand how to safely use it, and providing exceptional customer service both in the field and in the branch.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver, install, maintain, and retrieve home medical equipment and oxygen supplies.
• Educate patients and caregivers on the safe use and maintenance of equipment.
• Complete delivery paperwork, patient documentation, and billing-related records accurately.
• Coordinate deliveries with branch staff to ensure timely service.
• Assist with office tasks such as answering calls, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient intake.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in a clean, safe, and professional condition.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, and support after-hours/on-call patient needs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in delivery driving, logistics, customer service, or healthcare preferred.
• Medical equipment (DME) experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and provide compassionate customer service.
