COURT MONITOR – Launch Family Entertainment Clearwater (Countryside Mall)

Hourly | Part-Time | Safety-Focused | Guest-Facing | Weekend Availability Required

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an Court Monitor, you’re the guardian of the fun. You’ll oversee all attractions on the floor—including trampoline zones, obstacle courses, and activity areas—while ensuring safety rules are followed, equipment is functioning properly, and every guest feels welcomed and supported.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist guests entering attractions and explain the rules for each area.
• Monitor jumper safety, wristbands, and proper footwear at all times.
• Actively engage with guests and parents to enhance the guest experience.
• Perform daily safety checks and walk-throughs of all assigned attractions.
• Clear attractions when wristband time expires or in case of injury.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and hazard-free play environment.
• Carry a fully stocked first aid backpack and assist with minor guest injuries.
• Communicate with supervisors and use radios to escalate issues or report incidents.
• Complete required opening, closing, and maintenance checklists.
• Help uphold Launch safety, cleanliness, and service standards with enthusiasm.

WHAT IT TAKES:

• Outgoing, reliable, and able to stay focused in a high-energy environment.
• Able to enforce safety rules while maintaining a friendly, respectful attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and guest engagement ability.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Prior customer service, amusement, or recreation experience is a plus—but not required.
