The regular work schedule runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, allowing you to establish a consistent routine while serving our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents to identify specific emotional and psychological needs. \n
- Deliver individualized and group counseling sessions, addressing issues such as grief, loss, and the psychological impacts of aging. \n
- Actively collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each client’s situation. \n
- Provide educational workshops and resources for families and staff, focusing on strategies to improve the emotional well-being of elderly individuals. \n
- Offer specialized grief and loss interventions, supporting families through the complex emotions surrounding end-of-life considerations. \n
- Design and facilitate cognitive stimulation programs that encourage mental engagement and enhance cognitive functions in elderly clients. \n
- Engage in case management activities to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment outcomes. \n
This role primarily focuses on seniors dealing with the multifaceted challenges associated with aging, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, cognitive decline, and life transitions. - A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution. \n
- A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential. \n

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 65,000 to USD 95,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications. In addition, new hires will receive a competitive sign-on bonus. Our benefits include:
