Services include hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, cardiac drips, emergency response stabilization, and post-intensive procedural care. The unit is committed to promoting optimal patient outcomes while supporting patients and families through critical and complex healthcare situations.How you'll contribute A Registered Nurse, RN who excels in this role:Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needsInitiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findingsProvides age- and condition-appropriate nursing careCompletes timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical recordDevelops, implements, and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patientWhat we're looking forApplicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associates or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
