Emergency Veterinarian – Full Time BluePearl Pet Hospital in Chicago, IL is seeking a full‑time Emergency Veterinarian to join our growing Emergency team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to prompt, skillful care and will thrive in a fast‑paced environment where continuity of care and rapid decision‑making are essential. Qualifications A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree. A valid state veterinary license. Commitment to emergency care: A self‑directed, continuous learner who stays current with industry developments and delivers high‑quality care. Problem‑solving skills: Strong decision‑making, analytical capacity, attention to detail, and follow‑through. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment: Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing in high‑volume settings. Bonus: Familiarity with Google Apps for Work and experience with Cornerstone Practice Management software. Compensation Average Base Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 plus commissions. Relocation Assistance & Sign‑On Bonus available. Production compensation is paid quarterly with no negative accrual.
