Senior Support Analyst - IBMi

Serving as a key customer contact, the full-time remote Senior Support Analyst - IBMi will troubleshoot advanced technical issues, analyze complex systems, and provide timely resolutions while mentoring junior team members and contributing to best practices. Key responsibilities Conduct advanced technical troubleshooting and system analysis to resolve complex customer issues Communicate effectively with high-priority customers, ensuring they understand problem resolutions and providing technical knowledge Mentor junior analysts and lead training sessions to enhance team and customer understanding of Fortra's solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in technical support or IBM i system analysis with a focus on complex software troubleshooting Strong understanding of IBM i system configurations and troubleshooting methodologies IBM i administration experience, including software installations and job scheduling Proficiency in diagnosing complex technical issues and identifying root causes
