The role involves coaching, training, and motivating team members to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of store operation. Responsibilities Achieve location goals by coaching and developing team members to meet company‑established Key Performance Indicators. Maintain location staffing through employee retention, recruiting, and training. Build a steady client base through ethical and customer‑centric business practices. Establish business accounts by partnering with the AT&T Signature team for community events outside the store. Maintain a clean and safe store environment through inventory counts, device security, and merchandising in adherence to company standards and policies. Ensure operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational policies and procedures. Uphold the stability and reputation of the location by complying with legal requirements. Keep informed of professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and building personal networks. Qualifications 1 year management experience in a similar field (required), preferably in the wireless industry. 1 year retail or customer‑facing sales experience (required). Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (required). Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (required). Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (required). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (required). Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (required). Bilingual (preferred but may not be required depending on location). Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Retail or customer‑facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (preferred). Experience prospecting through outbound calls (preferred). Must be at least 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the U.S., and possess a high school diploma or equivalent (required). Physical Demands The position requires standing and walking for most of the time, moving about for prolonged periods, and occasionally lifting or moving objects up to 10 pounds. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance on ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, and handle display materials. Dexterity and vision are required for working with small parts in mobile phones and for prolonged periods looking at a computer screen.
