Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Perform initial and ongoing evaluations of clients, determining their psychological, social, and emotional needs, and making recommendations for appropriate interventions. \n

In this role, you will work primarily with patients facing terminal illnesses and their family members, focusing on emotional support, grief counseling, and facilitating discussions about end-of-life care. Your expertise will directly impact the quality of life for patients and their families, providing essential resources and empathetic counsel during challenging times.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid LCSW license in New Jersey is mandatory. \n
- An accredited Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from a recognized institution. \n
- A solid understanding of mental health systems, especially as they pertain to hospice and palliative care. \n
- Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and adhering to clinical standards and ethical guidelines. \n

- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical social work role, preferably within a hospice or healthcare environment. \n
