Focused on overseeing strategic program implementations for enterprise clients, the full-time Implementation Manager, Benefits will manage project coordination, client relationships, and comprehensive reporting to ensure successful onboarding in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Craft and execute comprehensive implementation strategies tailored for Mid-Market and Executive clients Deliver customized onboarding experiences and maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and enhance the client onboarding experience Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 4 - 5 years of relevant industry experience or equivalent Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications Experience with OnBase preferred Extensive experience in client-facing roles with a focus on communication and interpersonal skills Virtual Vocations Inc
