You’ll play a pivotal role in candidate outreach, relationship building, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Source and engage healthcare professionals using cold calling, social media, job boards, and internal databases Screen and qualify candidates for client needs, evaluating skills, experience, and fit Present and recommend candidates to clients with confidence and clarity Build and manage a strong, active talent pipeline Negotiate compensation packages, travel logistics, and placement details Collaborate with internal teams to drive success and overcome challenges Contribute to market intelligence to support business development efforts Follow up on marketing leads and supporting outreach initiatives What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience Background in sales, recruiting, or hospitality is a strong plus Excellent communication skills, especially via phone and email Confident and relationship-oriented Motivated by performance-based earnings and personal growth High integrity, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset Join a company where your work has purpose—and your success is celebrated.
