As a key member of the hotel's leadership team, this role leads all housekeeping operations, champions exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and personalized service, and inspires a team to deliver an outstanding guest experience across all guest rooms, villas, and public areas.What You'll DoLead all housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with luxury brand and quality standardsInspire, develop, and empower the housekeeping team through coaching, training, and succession planningDrive guest satisfaction, quality assurance, and continuous operational improvement across all areasManage departmental budgets, payroll, productivity, inventory, and cost controlPartner with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and People and Culture to ensure seamless operations and outstanding guest experiencesOversee preventive maintenance coordination, linen management, equipment, and departmental resourcesPromote colleague engagement, workplace safety, and environmental responsibilityWhat You BringMinimum 7 years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience in luxury hotels, with a proven ability to lead large teamsA strong track record of delivering exceptional quality and guest satisfactionExcellent financial acumen, organizational skills, and operational judgementOutstanding leadership, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilitiesSound knowledge of luxury hospitality standards, quality assurance, and housekeeping systemsExperience in a luxury resort or island destination is a strong advantageCaribbean experience is requiredWhat's OfferedUSD $4,500 per month + housing, meals, annual flight home, and relocation
