Job Description Warehouse Tenant Improvement Program | Nationwide Travel I'm partnered with a well-established Pittsburgh commercial contractor that has been in business for over 20 years and has recently secured a 10-year warehouse tenant improvement program . Because of this long-term growth, they're looking to add a Traveling Superintendent to their team. If you enjoy traveling but don't want to be gone for months at a time, this opportunity offers one of the better travel schedules I've seen. Projects typically last 3-6 months , you'll generally be home every 2-4 weeks , and if there's any downtime between projects, you'll simply work out of the Pittsburgh office until the next project begins. What You'll Be Working On Warehouse Tenant Improvement Projects Projects typically valued at $2M-$3M Nationwide travel Fast-paced commercial renovations and buildouts What They're Looking For Commercial Construction Superintendent experience Tenant Improvement, Warehouse, Industrial, Retail, or Commercial Renovation experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality Willingness to travel nationwide Why This Opportunity Stands Out 10-Year Warehouse TI Program Home Every 2-4 Weeks Full Travel Package Base Salary up to $115K Long-Term Stability Respected Pittsburgh Commercial Contractor Strong Company Culture If projects overlap or there's downtime, you'll work from the Pittsburgh office-not sit on the bench.
