Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Interventional Radiologist to become part of our multidisciplinary team at our Daytona Beach, FL location. In this position, you will be responsible for expert interpretation of diagnostic imaging and executing a comprehensive range of image-guided interventional procedures that support the diverse urologic services we provide. This role offers an exciting chance to significantly contribute to a growing urology service line while collaborating closely with urologists, oncologists, and other healthcare professionals in a patient-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze various imaging studies, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and nuclear medicine related to urologic and related conditions.

• Conduct interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies, drainages, vascular access, embolization, nephrostomy tube placements, and other minimally invasive, image-guided therapies.

• Consult with referring physicians to suggest suitable imaging techniques and procedural strategies.

• Engage in clinical decision-making, educate patients, and communicate imaging results clearly.

• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, radiation safety, and imaging protocols.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

• Board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology, with fellowship training in Interventional Radiology.

• Active medical license in Florida or eligibility for licensure in the state.

• Strong technical skills in diagnostic imaging and image-guided procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
