Key Responsibilities

Safe and Efficient Transportation

• Drive executives and VIPs to meetings, events, airports, or other destinations as required.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company protocols to ensure a smooth and secure journey.

Schedule Management

• Coordinate with executives or their assistants to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Monitor traffic, weather conditions, and route updates to select the most efficient routes.

Vehicle Maintenance and Cleanliness

• Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, fueling, and scheduling routine maintenance.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure all systems are operational and road-ready.

Discretion and Confidentiality

• Handle all interactions and conversations with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
• Respect passengers' privacy and adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality.

Professional Appearance and Conduct
