Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as required by clinic workflow
• Deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored to outpatient orthopedic patient populations
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Alabama or ability to obtain prior to start
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a high-volume caseload

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with double-booking scheduling models and high-volume clinic environments
