Job Description

Addison Group is seeking a Recruiter on behalf of our client. This individual will join the People Operations team and work closely with Human Resources Business Partners to support a busy recruiting function.

The Recruiter will take ownership of multiple searches at various stages of the hiring process, from identifying prospective candidates through offer acceptance. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys recruiting, stays organized in a high-volume environment, and takes pride in providing a strong candidate and hiring-manager experience.

The successful candidate will receive training, resources, and ongoing support from the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of approximately 15–20 open positions at a time and manage searches through the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Partner with HR and hiring stakeholders to understand staffing needs and establish effective recruiting approaches.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through appropriate sourcing channels.
• Review resumes, conduct initial candidate evaluations, and facilitate candidates through the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling details between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with offer preparation, candidate follow-up, and closing activities.
• Provide support with new-hire onboarding and transition activities.
• Accurately document recruiting activity and candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
• Balance competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting recruiting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Previous experience within healthcare, professional associations, nonprofits, or a related industry is preferred.
• Experience independently managing multiple requisitions from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Previous experience with Oracle or another ATS is preferred.
• Strong ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing processes.
• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

• Location: Hybrid — 2 days onsite per week
• Assignment: 6 months, at least through the end of Q1
• Start Date: ASAP
• Overtime: Not anticipated; requires supervisor approval if needed
• Interview Process: Initial screening followed by a virtual interview with members of the HR team
