Senior GTM Product Marketing Manager, Slack

Senior GTM Product Marketing Manager We are looking for a Senior GTM Product Marketing Manager to drive go‑to‑market strategy for Slack. In this role, you will own sales enablement for Slack’s biggest product releases, build and execute programs that generate pipeline and revenue growth, and sit on the extended leadership team for Slack sales leaders to help their teams understand, position, and sell Slack. The team uses AI as a core part of its operations; every member builds and manages AI‑powered workflows and agents to strengthen sales effectiveness. Responsibilities Lead sales enablement for product launches, designing and delivering programs, content, and sessions that give sellers confidence to position and sell Slack. Build ongoing sales plays and programs, developing messaging, competitive content, use cases, and sales plays that help sellers generate pipeline and close deals. Track win/loss trends and competitive signals, gathering seller feedback, competitive insights, and deal data to sharpen messaging and inform GTM priorities. Develop and scale GTM content with AI, building and managing AI‑powered workflows to keep content current, relevant, and tailored for different audiences. Own key sales communications and updates, including the seller newsletter and launch communications. Drive cross‑functional alignment with product, sales, marketing, and strategy teams to align priorities and co‑create impact programs. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years in product marketing, go‑to‑market, sales enablement, or solution engineering within enterprise B2B SaaS. Experience creating sales plays, product launch programs, and seller‑facing enablement content with measurable pipeline impact. Deep AI fluency: building AI tools or workflows that scale content and programs across teams. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with sales leaders and translate feedback into GTM programs. Excellent communication and presentation skills, distilling complex ideas into clear, compelling content. Strategic and analytical mindset, translating market trends and sales insights into GTM priorities. Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and align on shared priorities. Preferred Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent experience highly desirable.
