To prepare coils for the final stages of building and testing to meet quality specifications. Responsibilities
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures to include proper use of required PPE.
- Bend, shape, and cut wires/lugs.
- Attach wires using lugs/crimps.
- Use pneumatic/hydraulic crimping tools.
- Use ultra sonic welder.
- Participate in physical inventory activities.
- Utilize lift assistance to handle products weighing more than 50 pounds.
- Meet established efficiency and productivity standards.
- Maintain 6S and Lean Manufacturing standards.
- Additional or updated duties as business demands change.
Must Have
- Ability to read and interpret specifications, plans, drawings, shop aids, instructions, and examples.
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Manually handling 5 pounds often by lift/push/pull
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
