Job Description
Title: L&D Registered Nurse - LDRP

Schedule:
- Shift: 3 x 12-hour nights (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)

Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Requirements:
- Years of experience required: 2 years
- Certifications required: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS/BCLS, NRP
- Unit-specific skills: LDRP care, recovery and postpartum experience, neonatal/OB skills appropriate for Level IIE nursery
- EMR: EPIC

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care for labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum patients.
- Monitor and assess maternal and fetal conditions during labor and delivery.
- Administer medications and interventions as per established protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.

Compliance / Notes:
- Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
- Floating required within service line as needed
- COVID-19 vaccine not required; flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
- Maximum 7 days RTO without manager approval; no new RTO after submission; no RTO allowed first week
