How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

Conduct comprehensive market assessments and competitive intelligence analyses to guide executive leadership in long-term strategic and financial planning.

Evaluate market share trends, service line performance, and patient migration patterns to identify key strategic growth opportunities.

Build predictive utilization forecasts and capacity models to inform healthcare facility planning and capital allocation decisions.

Analyze regional healthcare service coverage to identify patient care gaps, eliminate operational redundancies, and improve care network delivery.

Deliver actionable strategic data and executive presentations that support new business plans and expansion initiatives.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Education:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience:

• 5 years of experience required.
• 10 years of experience preferred.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in healthcare market analysis, strategic planning, or business intelligence.
• High School Diploma with 2 years of experience, an Associate or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent applicable experience).
• Proven expertise in evaluating healthcare market share data, volume trends, and competitor intelligence to support strategic planning.
