Entry-Level Real Estate Agent - Training & High Commission Split

Just getting started in real estate and looking for the right place to build your career?

We’re looking for newly licensed agents and individuals who are close to completing their real estate licensing requirements. You’ll have access to training, coaching, and proven systems designed to help you learn how to build your business from the beginning.

You’ll learn how to find potential buyers and sellers, start conversations, follow up with prospects, book appointments, build client relationships, and understand the transaction process from the first conversation through closing.

You’ll also receive coaching from active producing agents who can help you develop your sales skills, improve your confidence, and learn the daily activities that lead to production.

A high commission split gives you the opportunity to keep more of what you earn as your business grows.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, giving you flexibility while you establish yourself in real estate.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, is coachable, and is motivated to learn and build a long-term real estate career.

Candidates must already have an active real estate license or be close to completing the licensing process.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Compensation:

$85,000 - $185,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, fostering strong relationships.
• Utilize our proven systems to identify and connect with prospective buyers and sellers, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct property showings, providing insightful information to help clients make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to refine your sales techniques and enhance your confidence in client interactions.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads, nurturing them through the sales process to successful closings.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on market trends and enhance your real estate knowledge.
• Prepare and present offers to clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding throughout the negotiation process.

Qualifications:

• Active real estate license or near completion of licensing requirements.
• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals, showing self-motivation and drive.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with experienced agents.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes, embracing continuous improvement and growth opportunities.
