Benefits Competitive Compensation – targeted first year annual compensation of $51,010-$54,552 with an average 46 hour work week. Responsibilities Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In a structured program, master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful, while establishing community relationships essential to building your own business. Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, always putting customers first. Qualifications Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s. Must have a minimum of six months experience in at least two of the following areas: Sales, Customer Service, Leadership/Management. Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past three years. No DUI/DWI conviction on record in the past five years. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future. Must be at least 18 years old.
