We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, generating and qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual. Responsibilities

•Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective customers

Respond promptly to internet leads and follow up consistently to nurture prospects

Qualify leads and gather customer information to match needs with appropriate products or services

Schedule appointments for the sales team and confirm upcoming visits

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system

Follow up with previous customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals (calls, appointments, conversions)

Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression of the company

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads

Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, promotions, and company offerings

Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally

Participate in training sessions and ongoing development opportunities

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

• Ability to multitask and be successful in a fast paced environment.

• A successful Business Development Center needs the product knowledge, professionalism and empathy that customers look for today. Communication and patience is extremely important in a service department as it contributes to team-building with all dealership departments.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.

• High school diploma required, and some college or technical school is preferred.

• One-year related experience required, sales/service-related knowledge is a plus.

• Experience working with Word, Excel and Outlook.
