Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Tennessee Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Productivity expectation: ability to manage approximately 60 visits per week and see 12–14 patients per day; experience with follow-up double-booking preferred.
• New graduates and first-time travelers will be considered.
• Ability to work a guaranteed 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient clinic settings.
• Comfortable with productivity-focused caseloads and efficient documentation.
• Approval process awareness for overtime; OT must be approved by director before OT hours are worked.

• Shift: Days.
• Float to other clinics: no.
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
• Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day; follow-up double-booking expected.
