Logistics Coordinator

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products. Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies to schedule shipments and resolve any issues. Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and delivery schedules. Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan logistics accordingly. Track and report on key performance indicators related to logistics and supply chain efficiency. Assist in the preparation of logistics documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the logistics function. Up to 3 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
