Apple Debt Relief specializes in helping business owners resolve Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) debt, creditor disputes, and related commercial debt matters. We work alongside attorneys experienced in MCA litigation and commercial debt to help clients navigate complex financial situations and work toward sustainable resolutions.

Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team full-time in our Brooklyn, NY office.

This role involves both outbound cold calling and handling inbound inquiries from business owners dealing with MCA debt, creditor disputes, and commercial lawsuits. The Sales Representative will identify prospective clients' needs, explain our services, and guide qualified business owners through the enrollment process. Our team works with company-provided leads, including new prospects, inbound inquiries, and previously contacted business owners. The compensation for this position is a $60,000 salary with commissions.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Making outbound cold calls to business owners with outstanding MCA debt or active lawsuits
• Responding to inbound inquiries and qualifying prospective clients
• Conducting sales consultations to understand clients' financial situations and goals
• Explaining our services, process, and pricing to prospective clients
• Handling objections and guiding qualified prospects through enrollment
• Following up with warm leads by phone, email, and text
• Managing an active pipeline of prospects and scheduled follow-ups
• Maintaining accurate lead records, notes, and statuses within our CRM
• Coordinating with client services to ensure a smooth transition after enrollment
• Meeting individual sales goals and contributing to team performance

Qualifications

• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling inbound sales opportunities
• Confidence conducting sales conversations and closing deals
• Ability to build rapport and navigate objections professionally
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-through
• Comfortable using CRM and lead management systems
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable discussing sensitive business and financial matters
• Prior experience in financial services, debt relief, MCA financing, or collections is preferred, not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Brooklyn, NY
