Seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing residents, administering medications and treatments, coordinating care plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes and quality care.

• Pay Rate: $41.46 - $48.37 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or acute care experience preferred
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and healthcare needs
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and nursing standards
• Promote patient safety, dignity, and quality of care
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and ancillary staff as appropriate
• Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives
