Your Mission Partner withProduct / Engineering / UX, and Go-to-marketteams to realize strategicobjectivesthrough high impactprograms Discover gaps in current operations and scope new initiatives to addressgaps Define clear metrics of success, andreport on progressof initiatives Driveleadership reviews of initiativescoveringkey problems to be addressed,approachand timelines,progressand next steps Codifyand evangelizegood practices to elevate team performance and efficiency Ensure success of key operating ceremonies, e.g., quarterly planning, business reviews,by setting expectations, curating material, and reviewing content for clarity You Are/Have 4+ yearsprofessionalexperience Self-starter with a strong biasfor action Strong communicationand stakeholder influence skills, including executives Experience of scoping and delivering major cross-functional programsimpactingbusiness outcomes Familiarity with R&D tools and workflows, e.g., Gitlab, Jira, Datadog Experience supporting SaaS product and engineering teams Salary Range For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates : the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
